Our employee assistance program (EAP) is an employee advantage program that assists personnel with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, intellectual and emotional well-being. Our EAPs typically provide complementary personal assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services for personnel.

Assessment

 Psychological assessment  to identify the client's strengths, weaknesses, problems, and needs in order to develop a plan of action. 

Brief Counselling

Short term problem solution to develop alternatives and provide support throughout the process.

Crisis Management

Referral 

When brief counselling is not able to meet the individual's treatment needs, referrals are made to the most appropriate resources.
